Came from Across the Pond to Tie the Knot!

I was privileged to cater a destination wedding for James Ryan and MacKenzie Moon in St. Augustine, FL.  The ceremony and reception were held at the Sanchez House.  The couple opted to host the event with plated meals reflective of their home towns.  For James, “The Brit”, the meal featured leg of lamb with an authentic English mint sauce.  MacKenzie, being a Minnesota girl, decided on pan seared tilapia with a sun-dried tomato sauce. 

After the beautiful event in Northeast Florida, I was happy to hear from the bride and groom that the meals were “top-notch”.  Sometimes even more important, they were very impressed with the caliber of staff and service they received.  Asking both sides of a family to travel for a destination wedding is a big request, but James and MacKenzie knew exactly how to make them feel at home.  I was happy to know my catering played such an important role in their big day.
