New Consultation Location

The new year is already bringing new things for d’Vine Cuisine. We have new location for meeting prospective clients in the Riverside Area. Located on Park Street, just across from European Street, we think this centralized Jacksonville location will be easier for clients to find. The feel of this old home is the perfect representation of the food and service we provide. Charming, comfortable, familiar yet sophiscated.

I would like to thank Pat and David Carter for booking d’Vine Cuisine for their daughter Ashley’s wedding. May 2011 is in the distant future, but will be here before they know it. It goes to show a great reputation and word of mouth can go a long way. Pat, the “MOB”, knows my bookkeeper and David, the “FOB”, was my food representative a few years ago. We are delighted they are our newest wedding client. Competition is tough in Jacksonville with many great caterers to choose from in NE Florida; I feel privileged they have chosen us.

Brides Against Breast Cancer – VIP Expert Panel

As the owner of d’Vine Cuisine, I am happy to volunteer my time for this great event. This Friday, June 23rd, I am honored to be the expert caterer on the question board for Brides Against Breast Cancer. The event begins at 5:30pm at the Hyatt Regency. I look forward to answering questions submitted by the brides, who have graciously paid for a seat in support of curing breast cancer. Hopefully I can provide great tips, suggestions and ideas for brides shopping for their wedding vendors. For anyone else who cannot attend, I always welcome questions if you have them.

Wow…the awards keep coming! I feel so blessed to be receiving all of this positive feedback from the public. I was contacted today from Jacksonville Magazine’s BRIDE that d’Vine Cuisine has been voted the Best Caterer in the Jacksonville Area by local brides and vendors. It feels amazing to have the respect of others in the wedding industry, but feels even better that past brides have enjoyed the food and service provided by my company.

I plan to continue to live up to the high expectations set before me. Receptions will never be the same in Northeast Florida with d’Vine Cuisine on board. Thank you to all that voted! It’s an honor to provide high quality service and food for couples on such an important and memorable day.

d’Vine Cuisine is proud to announce we are one of the top 20 caterers in Jacksonville, FL. A recent poll, published by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and ranked our catering company number 18. This was our first year being recognized by the Northeast Florida publication, but it will certainly not be the last. We would like to take a moment to thank all of our clients over the last year that made this possible. Came from Across the Pond to Tie the Knot!

I was privileged to cater a destination wedding for James Ryan and MacKenzie Moon in St. Augustine, FL. The ceremony and reception were held at the Sanchez House. The couple opted to host the event with plated meals reflective of their home towns. For James, “The Brit”, the meal featured leg of lamb with an authentic English mint sauce. MacKenzie, being a Minnesota girl, decided on pan seared tilapia with a sun-dried tomato sauce.

After the beautiful event in Northeast Florida, I was happy to hear from the bride and groom that the meals were “top-notch”. Sometimes even more important, they were very impressed with the caliber of staff and service they received. Asking both sides of a family to travel for a destination wedding is a big request, but James and MacKenzie knew exactly how to make them feel at home. I was happy to know my catering played such an important role in their big day.
